Sales Support Specialist

Opis stanowiska
- Promotion of the company's products to reseller partners.
- Build a nationwide sales team.
- Support and guide the sales team in day-to-day activities, including the preparation of sales quotes and listing forms.
- Communication between customers and its parent company divisions.Prepare all documents for accounting department to close the financial statements.
- Inform Sales Reps about: availability, obsolete products, customer orders, etc.
- Making claims on behalf of customers for: missing products, wrong prices, broken products, damaged goods in delivery.
- Inform customers about overdue invoices and inform accounts receivable team about customer feedback.
- Make effort to resolve customer’s issues.
- Cooperate with Central Europe HR department regarding local topics.
- Help with translations into local language.
Wymagania
- Higher education (or equivalent through experience).
- Advantage: experience in a sales support or sales related role.
- English and/or Hungarian: communicative.
- Proactive, work within deadlines.
- High degree of self-motivation and ready to take responsibility.
- Strong MS Office skills.
- Team & multi-cultural orientation.
- Ability to work from home / remotely.
- Car Driving Practice / License.
