Sales Representative - Germany, Austria, Eastern Europe

Main missions
- Sales management and business development of existing customer base in territory
- Responsibility for growing revenues
- Work directly with our sales team and customers to develop relationships and help bridge disconnects in thesales process
- Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network
- Ensure target revenues
- Prospecting and developing new customer opportunities
- Handle Customer complaints
- Reporting to the Commercial Director of the Group
Skills
- Bachelor of Science Degree
- 2-8 years of experience in B2B sales
- Good knowledge in MS-Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of languages:
- o Good knowledge in English and Polish is mandatory
- o Another foreign language like German or Russian would be an asset
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Well-structured working method
- High sense of responsibility
- Team player mindset
- Readiness to travel
