Sales Representative - EMEA

Job description
Essential Functions/ Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of SEAM Group services and pricing structures
- Identify leads, manage prospects, and acquire new business by determining customer needs and proposing appropriate service solutions
- Meet or exceed established new business sales goals
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals/presentations and follow up with key decision makers
- Utilize the company’s CRM system on a daily basis (scheduling and documenting activities/developing prospective customer profiles)
- Complete required Customer Service Agreements (unaltered), reports, and other paperwork in a timely manner and in accordance with tenders, customer’s requirements and Company policy
- Regularly meet with Sales Manager to review weekly sales activities, progress on goals, and status of prospective customers
- Propose new sales and marketing campaigns supporting sales efforts of the reporesentative
- Interact with international operations team to assist in any delivery issues
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Proficiency in the English language, including speaking, writing, and comprehension. Average proficiency in German language or other European language would be preferable.
- Strong online meetings and phone presence, experience in reaching out to customers in active sales approach (fitting with attitude to expected sales ratio: 75% outbound / 25% inbound)
- Strong capabilities in building long-term relations with prospects and customers (including selling across product portfolio, upsell, revamp sale
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Highly-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Experience using a CRM system (preferable Sales Force)
- Able to travel as needed
Education and Experience:
- Minimum three (3) years of B2B experience or other related sales experience
- Experience with Electrical Safety services, including Infrared Thermography, Arc Flash Hazard Analysis, and Lockout Tagout a plus
- Experience with Vibration Monitoring a plus
- Experience with Enterprise Asset Management systems, Predictive Maintenance systems a plus
- Experience with Consulting services a plus
- Proven inside & outside sales experience
- Track record of exceeding sales goals
- Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM
- Valid driving license recognized in EU
Physical Demands:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Ability to travel
