Job Description:
In this role, you will be a key player in our go to market strategy. You will contribute to an outbound marketing machine that will nurture qualified leads. You will own the first step of this process: identifying quality prospects and getting in touch with key decision makers. We define our leads as decision-makers at companies who are interested in driving efficiency in their technical teams and realize gains by adopting our remote work model. You will collaborate with our outbound marketing team, which will drive engagement with remarkable sales campaigns.
Key responsibilities:
- Use prospect lists and individual research to build out lists of qualified leads
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects
- Contribute to the team’s playbook; identify productivity drains in your own workflow and work to constantly iterate on team processes
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in HR and/or Talent Acquisition industry (with U.S.-based clients especially) preferred
- Demonstrated ability to exceed expectations and constantly iterate on existing processes
- Excellent collaborative skills
Compensation: $15/hr
