Sales & Marketing Director Foreign Affiliates [rekrutacja online]
Location: Warszawa
Tasks:
- Creation, development and execution of the Marketing & Brand Plans, maintenance of marketing budgets on all marketing related activities and spend in international markets,
- Setting up and executing work standards of the field force with cooperation with local General Managers,
- Managing the whole cycle of orders on dedicated international markets, securing availability of products for foreign affiliates in cooperation with all relevant company units
- All other projects from the sales & marketing area concerning international markets.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of managerial experience in commercial roles (both sales & marketing track needed),
- Experience in international roles ( eastern markets preferably),
- Experience in managing complex sales structures in international environment,
- Excellent knowledge of the specificity of the pharmaceutical market, in particular the generic market,
- Experience in creating marketing activities,
- Fluency in pharmaceutical law and the reimbursement acts at international level,
- Good understanding of complexity of the business from production, through registration, delivery, reimbursement, aggregation,
- Leadership and team management skills,
- Cultural competence,
- Fluency in English and minimum good Russian.
