The global leader for processing secure electronic financial transactions  is looking for an experienced and qualified Sales Manager.

Main tasks on the position:

The Sales Manager is responsible to generate, qualify and complete sales opportunities within large accounts of the Banking and Retail sectors aiming to meet or exceed stated financial targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develops plans to achieve the objectives of maintaining and growing the company’s revenue and account penetration.
  • Demonstrates client focus by building effective relationships with key executives and decision makers, identifying, meeting and exceeding their expectations.
  • Delivers sales presentations and proposals, and provides functional support to clients, making sure that they take full advantage of the company’s services.
  • Proposes and negotiates sales conditions, pricing policy and payment terms according to the company’s policies.
  • Prepares sales reports and maintains accounts records in order to keep management informed regarding specific opportunities’ progress, market share and trends.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of the clients’ business and competitive landscape, and proposes solutions translating their needs into business opportunities. Is able to speak with authority on industry trends, best practices, competitive practices, regulatory issues, etc.
  • Resolves account issues through escalation or delegation to appropriate management and/or technical support teams.
  • Closely monitors competition trends/moves and utilizes this information to produce effective sales plans and forecasts.

Our requirements:

  • University degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or Economics Professional training in business or account management is an asset.
  • At least 2 years of B2B or B2C professional selling experience. Experience in Finance, Banking industry would be an advantage
  • Proven track record of success in managing and growing large, complex accounts within dynamic, international environments. Ability to construct detailed account plans and execute against them.
  • Fluency in oral and written English and Polish.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office
