Your responsibilities
- Responsibility for the whole handling concerning the customer (first contact, offer, order, delivery, payment, After Sales, ...) and Customer Relationship Management with provided software
- Support of defined customers and projects analyze the customers needs
- Acquisition of new customers (eg. Cold calls, company presentations, ...)
- Regular Analysis of the sales area (trends, competitors, products etc.)
- Responsibility for Accounts Receivable
- Clear and open communication with clients and in the office
- Reporting to Sales Manager
- Experience within the commercial interiors industry, including dealing with all levels of management, architects and facility managers an advantage
- Fluent Business English essential, German an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills and professional manner
- You place a high emphasis on customer service, and you are a professional, goal-oriented and results driven network thinker
- Flexibility of timeframes and resistance to psychological stress
