Sales Manager (Ref. No.: 5666)

Main tasks on the position:
  • Developing the business in the subscribed sector in Poland according to the strategic plan.
  • Achieving and exceeding the agreed sales targets.
  • Budgeting and forecasting the activity. Participation in preparing the strategy and sales targets.
  • Market analysis and marketing plan definition and execution.
  • Establishing and maintaining new relationships with local key accounts.
  • Selling the solutions and services to customers.
  • Working with internal partners and suppliers on a daily basis to help win the business.
  • Writing proposals, tenders, quotes as needed to win the business.
  • Conducting negotiations with a view to signing the contracts.
Our requirements:
  • University degree, preferably gained in IT or related discipline.
  • Fluent English and Polish spoken and written is a must.
  • Extended, more than 5 years of experience on sales related position in a corporate IT organization
  • More than 15 years working experience in IT sector
  • Functional knowledge developed in area of expertise in the respective industry(ies).
  • Proven knowledge and practice of effective sales techniques.
  • Client orientation. Proven track record in closing the deals.
  • Preferably managerial skills and experience of leading successful teams.
  • Developed strong analytical and communication skills in order to expand sound and solid story lines in presentations and proposals.
  • Full of initiative, drive and the personal commitment.
  • Flexible and dynamic personality, able to adapt to the strong entrepreneurial corporate culture.
  • Interpersonal skills, ability to find common ground with others.
  • Strong result orientation and performance focus.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Loyalty and honesty.
