Sales Manager (Ref. No.: 5666)
Main tasks on the position:
- Developing the business in the subscribed sector in Poland according to the strategic plan.
- Achieving and exceeding the agreed sales targets.
- Budgeting and forecasting the activity. Participation in preparing the strategy and sales targets.
- Market analysis and marketing plan definition and execution.
- Establishing and maintaining new relationships with local key accounts.
- Selling the solutions and services to customers.
- Working with internal partners and suppliers on a daily basis to help win the business.
- Writing proposals, tenders, quotes as needed to win the business.
- Conducting negotiations with a view to signing the contracts.
- University degree, preferably gained in IT or related discipline.
- Fluent English and Polish spoken and written is a must.
- Extended, more than 5 years of experience on sales related position in a corporate IT organization
- More than 15 years working experience in IT sector
- Functional knowledge developed in area of expertise in the respective industry(ies).
- Proven knowledge and practice of effective sales techniques.
- Client orientation. Proven track record in closing the deals.
- Preferably managerial skills and experience of leading successful teams.
- Developed strong analytical and communication skills in order to expand sound and solid story lines in presentations and proposals.
- Full of initiative, drive and the personal commitment.
- Flexible and dynamic personality, able to adapt to the strong entrepreneurial corporate culture.
- Interpersonal skills, ability to find common ground with others.
- Strong result orientation and performance focus.
- Detail oriented.
