- Sales of World famous brand tires to the Retail stores in Poland
- Management of retil stores (retail accounts) in Poland cooprate with sales rep. staffs
- Develop network of "High in Class" to expand the current tire business in Poland
- Sales Management, Stock Management, Training Sales Rep. staff, Target Management
- Penetrate into new business segments and markets to expand the business
- Develop innovative sales proposition to maintain our brand Positioning
Wymagania:
- Candidate must have sufficient experience in Sales and Marketing of tire or after-market products or car parts.
- 2-3 years experience dealing with tire retail stores or car parts retail stores
- Experience with Sales Management, Stock Management and Target Management
- Sales Rep. experience
- Better to have experience with Management of Sales Representatives
- Advanced level or Fluently speaking English (Required)
- To be confident and charismatic self-starter with the commercial flare to proactively develop new business and seek out the potential of currently untapped business
- Possessing professional sales skills and maintain good relationship with customers
- Organising effective time management and be able to influence and communicate successfully at all levels
- Regular business trip in all around Poland are required
