Job summary
As an Area Sales Manager you will take care of the profitable development of our brands – in several countries in:
Southeast Europe, (Slovakia, Hungary, Romania)
The primary responsibility of the Sales Manager Southeast Europe is to generate sales for the company. This includes developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports. Reporting to the Director of European OE Sales the Sales Manager Southeast Europe will answers client queries and identifies new business opportunities among existing customers.
Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts and product needs while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Design and implement a strategic business plan to grow business with assigned accounts
- Prepare sales forecasts and track key account metrics, e.g. annual forecast and quarterly sales results
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets with assigned accounts and markets
Requirements
- Fluency in English
- Good knowledge of one of the three languages of the Slovak /Hungarian or Romanian language - necessary condition
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
