- Identify, develop and maximize new and incremental Civil Engineering business opportunities for the national market by selling value and innovative solutions to accounts and industries.
- Define and put in place own concept in line with the global strategy of the business unit geotextile.
- Visit customers and/or potential customers on a regular and planned basis to promote products and services.
- Acquire new customers in the assigned territory.
- Play a significant role in working with R&D and Marketing to provide direction and technical support regarding new product development.
- Conduct regular revenue and forecasting for developed accounts
- Resolve customer issues and cultivate relationships.
- Manage and report the efficiency of marketing plans and actions.

- Min. 5 years of sales experience in the engineering environment.
- Strong sales skills, solution-oriented thinking and the ability to work without appreciable direction.
- Experience in the civil engineering industry and working with national authorities or contractors.
- Technical Civil Engineering know-how and educational background related to asphalt pavement reinforcement and the use of geotextiles and geogrids as pavement interlayers would an advantage.
- A proven track record of selling products related to reinforcement, soil stabilization, filtration, construction, infrastructure, etc. through distributors.
- Strong contacts network (in Civil Engineering or construction companies, etc.)
- The ability to manage, train and motivate an external sales staff associated with various distributors.
- Well-developed organizational and influence skills with the ability to work with people at all levels within the organization.
- Fluent Polish and English.
- Driving license category B
- Ability to travel extensively, including domestic and abroad travels.
