International High-Tech consumer electronics & industrial machine company , European HQ is in Warsaw is currently looking for suitable candidate for the position of Sales Executive- Russian. This is a great opportunity for capable candidate, who wants to work with international team. If you have around 4-5 years in sales B to B field and knowledge of English / Russian at least at Business level, do not hesitate to apply for this position.
TASK
- The main task of the Sales Executive can be listed as follows:
- Negotiations and discussions with the customers in the dedicated sales area
- Taking all necessary actions (pro-active) to achieve the sales target
- Control and support the back office sales staff (sales support) for creating the correct order handling (system wise and process wise)
- Control of realized sales transactions and their related logistics requirements
- Obtaining information from the customers like stock status, financial situation, etc.
- Support of the collection process in order to collect all outstanding amounts in time
- Participation in building a professional business customer relationship
- Market monitoring and analysis
- Create and report management information (like visit reports, market development, etc.)
- All other activities applicable for the support of the sales activities
RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITY
The Sales Executive is responsible for performing the activities according the instructions. She/he is responsible for a correct settlement of the instructed activities, like mentioned above. The Sales Executive is authorised to have relevant consultation with the various departments and external authorities.
KNOWLEDGE AND CAPABILITIES
- Mid-level education, completed with proper work experience in an international environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in the Russian and English language (verbal and in writing)
- Computer skills (MS Office, ERP system experience would be an advantage)
- Accurate, social, resolute, professional and a team-player
- Responsible, accurate, energetic and sales and customer oriented
- Positive attitude and being dynamic without the 9-to-5 mentality.
- Willing to travel frequently to the customers in Russia and the CIS countries
- Minimum 4~5 years of experience in a comparable job
