The Group’s principal business involves the manufacturing and distribution of products used to finish and equip bathrooms (sanitary ceramic products, ceramic tiles, shower cubicles, acrylic bathtubs and shower trays, bathroom furniture and bathroom accessories).
The Group is active in the domestic and international market. The main direction of foreign sales expansion is Eastern European markets and EU Member State markets.
Actually our Client is taking steps to develop its activities in the Sales Division DIY in Germany.
To strengthen our successful team of up to 5-6 Sales Person in Germany, we are looking for a:
Remote, Germany, D-A-CH Region
Industry: Buildings materials/ Sanitary ceramic products
Maximization of profitability from the sale of products on DACH market.
This is a perfect opportunity for high-profile result-oriented individuals willing to work on dynamic and competitive international market, within an experienced and highlyprofessional team.
- Responsibility for the preparation and implementation of a sales strategy on the DACH market, aimed at achieving a sales level and profitability adequate to Group's aspirations (EUR 50+ millions of turnover).
- You will have an influence on what and how we sell by:
- Designation "route to market", i.e. a strategy to reach end customers by optimizing the offer, value proposition and distribution channels.
- Establishing framework commercial conditions DACH market and homogenization of these commercial conditions between channels and customers.
- Development of new sales channels, but prime focus on DIY segment
- Supervision and direct negotiation of commercial terms with the company's key business partners on the entrusted market.
- Development and optimization of the product offer for individual sales channels and customers
- Building and developing commercial structures, caring for the motivation of the subordinate team.

EXPERIENCE:
- More than 7 years of professional experience in sales/business development in DIY/ wholesale distribution area in organizations with complex structures
- Experience on business development on DACH market in the similar industry (building materials) is a must
- Managing sales structures at various levels - excellent commercial skills
- Successful track record in developing sales, gaining market shares, building trusted relationships with business partners, etc.
- Strong team management experience. Charisma, leadership and managerial skills. Creativity and strong ability to inspire others. Ability to motivate people, setting an example in the application of high professional standards and to manoeuvre and develop business procedures.
- International experience in management positions in the region as a strong plus.
