Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for developing and implementing the company's sales strategy
- Introduction of e-commerce products to distribution networks around the world
- Establishing and maintaining relations with distributors and b2b clients
- Managing a subordinate team of sales representatives
- Implementation of the sales budget, responsibility for the company's profitability
- Monitoring and analysing the company's performance, proposing and implementing solutions
- Analysis of competitors' activities
Qualifications:
- Perfect knowledge of English (min. C1)
- Experience as a Commercial Director
- Knowledge of the latest trends in products, services and technologies in the e-commerce industry
- University degree, preferably with an MBA
- Well-developed interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Independence and very good organisation of work
- High personal and business culture
- Experience in setting and executing a long-term business development strategy
