As part of this overall plan, Roullier Group would like to appoint a Sales Director for their Timac Agro business to be based in Poland.

Opis stanowiska
The successful candidate will ensure management and development of the business in terms of sales and profitability. As a genuine entrepreneur, he / she coordinates all components of this activity and bears full responsibility for his / her profit centre.
Responsibilities:
- Defining growth strategies with distributors in order to improve genuine partnerships to ensure our success on the ground
- Defining sales policy for the country, adapting ranges of product to be sold according to customers’ needs
- Implementing and closely coordinating the pricing policy for different product ranges
- Recruiting, training and managing the team
- Actively manages his/her staff through substantial field presence
- Coordinating performance indicators and striving for excellence
- Develop the sales strategy with the Area Manager and supporting departments
- Identifying and taking hold of market opportunities, suggesting any relevant way of improving profitability through partnerships or acquisitions
Wymagania
The Candidate:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Significant operational Sales experience, preferably relating to premium products
- Solid people management experience
- Fluency in local language and English.
Interpersonal Skills:
- Good strategic vision, bringing new ideas in terms of development strategy
- Good negotiation skills, able to establish strong business relationships
- Dynamic, with an entrepreneurial spirit and desire for success
