Our client power generation company is looking for qualified professionals to help expand its activities in the business area of small and medium enterprises in Poland for a Sales Director position.
Person on this position will be responsible for delivering top-line results of company's sales activities to small and medium enterprises in Poland. In consultation with management board you will co-develop and deliver the growth strategy in your country. You will attract, recruit and retain Area Managers to ensure through commercial coverage, determine product portfolio, contract models and product pricing strategy, assign market area objectives and ensure their achievement, identify, recruit, develop and manage productive partnerships with sales reps and agencies. Moreover you will design sales rep incentive schemes and manage their performance, articulate and constantly evolve company's unique value proposition to small and medium enterprises in Poland, initiate development of new value-added services for clients.
Ideal candidate should have at least 5-8 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the energy sector, successful track record of setting up and steering an extensive sales network, extensive knowledge of the Polish agency and small and medium enterprises in Poland, proven ability to lead a team of Sales Area Managers, understanding of the Polish energy landscape and relevant legislation. Candidate is required to have University Degree with superior academic achievement, ability to develop new revenue opportunities leveraging company's value proposition, a bias for action and ability to work entrepreneurially and self-sufficiently. This person should be a business results driven, effective team player with a strong sense of customer orientation. Excellent spoken and written business English is a must.
