Globetek for its Client, an international EPC company from the oil&gas sector, is currently looking for the right candidate for the position of:
- Responsible for the Order Intake of third party projects (TPS) within the area of responsibility.
- Define and implement the "Winning Strategy", prepare and update the corresponding document for each prospect.
- Decide on the pricing strategy to be offered. Set a target price and challenge the cost structure.
- Ensures adequate resources to implement sales strategy.
- Accountable to identify potential clients and prospects within the competence of geographical areas.
- Develop, in coordination with the Marketing team, a network within clients' organisations and decrypt decision-making processes.
- Prepare the documentation and present the prospect to the Opportunity review meeting and to the Selection Committee.
- Supervision of the Front end Offices in the area of responsibility.
- Alignment with local subsidiaries on preferences where relevant.
- Identify the need and seek support from local companies and external partners.
- Identify local conferences/events to promote products and develop network.
- Promote and Organize events with clients (workshops, client days etc.).
- Deliver client and market feedback on products, pricing levels and local market trends to challenge & validate product development strategy.
- This role is located in Krakow – Poland and requires business trips within the defined area.
- Master Degree in Chemical Engineering (or related field).
- Over 15 years of experience in engineering activities, engaged with related technology, projects and onsite services.
- 10 years of working experience as Sales in Cryo, energy conversion, metal or chemical industry.
- Experience in EPC project sales.
- Fluency in Polish and English.
- Good understanding of the local market, knowledge regarding the customers and competitors.
- Proven ability to negotiate and close profitable business deals.
- Ability to organize and analyze information.
- Highly proactive and creative.
- Ability to develop long-term trustful relationships with end customers.
- Good interpersonal skills (communication, customer orientation, trustworthiness).
