Sales Development Specialist with German

Aptean is now seeking a Sales Development Specialist to join our ADR team as part of our growth! This position involves various methods to establish initial contact with potential customers for Aptean's solutions and actively contribute to the company's growth strategy.
Your Responsibilities:
- Qualifying incoming leads
- Maintaining in-target leads to increase brand and product awareness
- Active customer acquisition and cold calling
- Generating and implementing email, direct mail, and outbound campaigns
- Pipeline management and reporting
- Creating detailed profiles of accounts and contacts
- Developing and maintaining the prospect database in compliance with GDPR requirements
Your Skills:
- Preferably 1-2 years of sales experience, but not a must-have – we are also excited to hear from you if you are just starting in this field
- Good understanding of customer development principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
- You are creative and have strong business acumen
- Fluent in German
