Position Description
- Administrative Support of the Sales Team in the UK.
- Generate and send sales quotations, follow-up of sent quotes or products samples via Email and Telephone.
- Support seasonal promotions by sending out emails and following up on contacts via phone.
- Internal and external clarification and communication of customer requests.
- Documentation and clean-up of customer information in Customer Relationship Database (Salesforce.com).
- Support of local exhibitions and seminars (send material, document attendees)
- Create customer specific price lists.
Position Requirements
- Fluent in English.
- Finished commercial vocational education or comparable qualification.
- Very good knowledge in MS Office applications.
- First experiences in sales, customer contact or promotional activities preferred.
- Advanced knowledge in one of the following fields preferred: Customer relationship management databases (e.g. salesforce.com), graphic applications e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud.
