Our Client is a Finish, privately owned organization which started its activity nearly 100 years ago. It is a world leader in coated high-substance folding boxboards and uncoated specialty boards. Over the years the company developed also geographically; nowadays, its solutions are available on all continents and delivered to over 600 Clients via own sales offices or agents.
The production is based in Finland and it consists of 2 board machines with the total production capacity equal to 110.000 tons per years and integrated ground wood pulp mill with the capacity of 100.000 tons on annual basis.
Our Client delivers to the market various types of products and packaging solutions, which are always distinguished by their top quality. Nowadays, the key sectors, which are utilizing this organization’s products are food packaging, luxury beverage packaging, food service, displays & laminates. In 2013 the organization’s top line reached the level of 75 Mio EUR and the headcount consisted of 160 persons.
In order to increase the sales and explore the Polish market, the company has decided to set up a local subsidiary. The objective for Polish entity will be to boost the top line via gaining new Clients, managing the relation with existing Clients portfolio, maintaining Clients’ satisfaction, etc. The overall idea is also to develop the long term relations with end-users (brand owners). In order to meet this objective, we are now searching for highly professional, committed individual, who will take the role of Sales Assistant.

University degree

Several years of experience on the similar position within packaging (preferably carton board business or paper industry) would be a strong asset

Strong organizational and planning abilities, critical thinking and excellent teamwork and problem solving skills are essential

Experience in customer service and order handling process

Excellent IT skills: ERP, MS Office

Good command of spoken and written Polish, English and German

Good interpersonal skills

Service oriented attitude

Ability to work in the international environment (fluent English is a must, good knowledge of Russia and/or German would be an asset)
