For our Client, specialist production and distribution company - global leader in its sector for the European office in Warsaw, currently we are looking for suitable candidates for the position of Sales Assistant for the Russian territory. Ideal candidate will be working in a team of the Sales Department, reporting and supporting the Sales Manager and performing all duties for servicing the customers and the market.

Responsibilities:
- Order taking and registration in the system,
- Follow up of the realized sales transactions and its related logistics requirements (like document checking),
- Assistance and support to the sales manager including conducting sales contracts,
- Participation in building and keeping touch a professional business customer relationship,
- Market monitoring and analysis,
- Reporting and maintaining permanent contact with central,
Requirements:
- University Degree, preferably with a technical background,
- Relevant work experience in an (international) Sales Department would be an advantage,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
- Speaking and writing the Russian and English language is a necessity,
- Computer skills (MS Office, ERP system, especially EXACT experience would be an advantage),
- Responsible, accurate, energetic and sales and customer oriented,
- Positive attitude and dynamic person without the 9-to-5 mentality,
- Willingness to make the business trips to the territory and develop on the interesting career path,
