Sales Area Manager
Location: Warszawa
Job description
Achievement of the business objectives in terms of turnover and margin through the definition and implementation of strategies, trade policies and marketing strategies that are consistent with the production target of the parent company. In particular, in the short term, the area manager will plan, manage and control the sales activities in as well as manage and develop the sales network.
Requirements
- Experience of at least 3/4 years in the role of area manager in organized companies (previous experiences in the same sector or related sectors decor/ design will be considered as preferential)
- High capacity for problem-solving
- Aptitude to interpersonal relationships, leadership skills, negotiation skills and team working
- Strong orientation and determination to achieve the sales targets
- Basic knowledge of administration and management
- Excellent knowledge of the main tools MS Office
- Fluency in English or Italian language
Location: The position is based in Warsaw, but the operational activity takes place throughout Poland.
