Key responsibilities
The person on this position will be cooperating with Sales Teams, as well Product Application Engineers, Group Procurement and other functions and will be responsible for:
- Developing the business with existing and new customers
- Cross-selling along the company assortment
- Analysing sales results and gross margin outcomes
- Securing and increasing customer satisfaction
- Keeping the customer database updated
Acquiring new potential at Existing Customers
- Leading Customer Relationship Management
- Understanding and influencing the customer’s decision-making process to increase sales profitability
- Converting deep knowledge of the customer’s business environment to the commercial potential
- Leading sales processes (from proposal to negotiating final contract terms)
New Key Account Management
- Establishing and extending the customer network
- Identification and pursuing of new sales opportunities
- Continuously expanding the business relationships
Requirements
- Engineering degree or technical education
- More than 2 years of sales experience with technical products (B2B)
- Technical & commercial know-how
- Experience in project management and customized solutions selling
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Existing network in the local machine and construction industries
- Positive, convincing and inspiring personality
- Self-driven
- High social competence
- Analytical way of thinking
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Driving license
- Fluent local language (written & oral)
- Good communication and writing capabilities in English
