Join our Preconstruction team and take part in the development of a new marketing role in our company where key elements of your role will be to provide District Director with support in securing 24 months District Pipeline, through:
- executing daily marketing activities in the District
- representing the District to the Clients
- providing the District with up to date market overview, future business perspectives and Clients understanding
- business Intelligence, market research & analysis
- building relations with Clients and partners (i.e. architects, consultants) through proactive presence on the market; promotion & marketing activities
- representing Skanska during business events and meetings building our market strength
- developing and administrating the project pipeline in the District(s)
- building and maintaining long term Client relations
- preparing pursuit plans for selected Clients and projects
- being a partner of the District team in the preselection& selection phase
- supporting District Director and Preconstruction Director in meetings & other events related to Clients, projects and market.
- preparing local initiatives that are dedicated to potential Clients and Partners
- being in charge of the district data bases & information about market and Clients
- driving license B
- have a deep understanding of and practical experience in marketing activities and key client's management
- have an up to date knowledge about construction market (locally and in general)
- build effective and long-term business relations with top managers both internally and externally
- are skilled in managing client relations, influencing others and building a positive and professional image of the company
- have a vast knowledge about the construction business
- have a good communication and people skills
- have an optimistic and self-starting attitude
- are proactive team player able to act independent
- have very good and practical knowledge of English
