Working location: home office
- Sales activities in Poland and other CEEcountries (Poland, Czech, Slovak, Hungary and Romania etc.)
- Sales of World Class Top branded lubricants to the Distributors and other commercial customers.
- Appoint and develop network of "High inClass" Distributors to expand the current Automotive Lubricants business inthe assigned countries
- Penetrateinto new business segments and markets to expand the business
- Developinnovative sales proposition to maintain our brand Positioning
1)Conducts Sales Activity:
- Collecting customer's needs, demand and production plan.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Maintaining regular contact with customers through phones, fax, e-mail,and visits.
- Creating and presenting sales proposals.
- Negotiating price and supply issues with customers.
- Coordinating sales functions with technical and financial functions in order to best serve customers.
- Resolving any problems in a timely manner.
- Internally reporting all Managers related activity, including customer progress, meetings, etc.
- Analyzing sales trends and making recommendations as necessary.
- Caring for quality control/quality assurance and complying with the law.
2) Increases Profits:
- Researching new business opportunities through various sources and contacts and developing new business.
- Developing economic options for customers.
- Developing effective distribution channels of supply.
- Developing effective business plans, reviewing progress on a regular basis, and making recommendations in order to grow the Company's lubricant business.
3) Provides After-Sales Support:
- Following-up on orders received to ensure satisfactory completion of contract terms (requirements, delivery, payment schedule, etc).
- Troubleshooting problems in a timely manner.
4) Handles Delivery/Order/Invoice:
- Receiving the purchase order from the customers and after checking,send confirmations.
- Creating the purchase order and sending to the supplier and/or the distributor.
- Checking the invoice and sending to the customer.

- Identifying strength and weakness of the Company's processes and recommending changes.
- Reporting problems immediately to European HQ General Manager(GM) and Managing Director(MD)verbally or in writing in order to avoid confusion and further problems.

- Writing and distributing reports, entering data and distributing mail and faxes when necessary.
- Filing documents correctly.
3) Ensures Smooth Operations:
- Establishing guidelines.
- Making business manual.

- Candidate must have sufficient skills and the experience in Sales & Marketing of lubricants, after-market oil products, Auto-Parts or Industrial consumables.
- To be confident and charismatic self-starter with the commercial flare to proactively develop new business and seek out the potential of untapped business
- Possessing professional selling skills with a good grasp of technical issues
- Organising effective time management and be able to influence and communicate successfully at all levels
- Regular business trip to UK and Europe are required
- Knowledge of other languages spoken in the CEE countries shall be added advantage.
- Excellent references from the Lubricants industry in the CEE
- University degree
- Advanced level of English B to B sales / business development experience

government regulations in English. - Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals in English.
