Job Description:


Estimo (www.estimo.tech) is SaaS that centralises an organisation’s sales data. Through Estimo’s intelligent data structures and excellent experience, users are in the position to efficiently produce consistent and accurate estimates.


We are hugely confident in the product (just sign-up and check it out yourself), so we are seeking an energetic, tenacious and robust individual to further grow the user base.  Any candidate needs to have the skillset and drive to relentlessly pursue growth (measured by sign-up and sales conversions), by selecting and executing a variety of traditional and digital methodologies.


In addition, the candidate will be a driving force for engagement and retention of customers, analysing and understanding user behaviour as well as scaling and automating growth processes.


Requirements:

Essential Skills

  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Organisational skills and the ability to prioritise.
  • An affinity with technology, and a desire to have a career in either SaaS or the digital agency environment.
  • You have energy, positivity, are always-learning and possess a robustness to commercial rejection.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit. You are an individual who is capable of absorbing strategic goals and autonomously making day-to-day decisions.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, where you have:
    • Consistently demonstrated superb interpersonal and customer relations skills.
    • Exceeded your conversion targets.
    • Setup, managed and reported upon promotional campaigns via Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook or email.
    • Made data-driven decisions, based upon a clear understanding of metrics contained in packages such as Google Analytics.

Desired Skills

  • You have experience working for a SaaS and/or startup organisation.
  • You have experience selling to the agency market in the EU and/or US.
  • You have experience selling face-to-face, managing webinars or onboarding clients.
  • You can confidently manage content via Wordpress.
  • You are a capable story-teller, who can produce enthralling copy that aligns itself with business objectives and drives conversions.
  • You have experience utilising UX tools such as competitive analysis, user interviews, user flow definition (red routes), KPI definition or A/B testing.
