Sales and Customer Support Agent Italian Market
Location: Warsaw
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Onboard customer in our free trial program
- Advise customers during trial and guarantee excellent experience.
- Switch customers from free trial period to paying packages.
- Interact with our customers through email, phone, chat, forum and social media.
- Troubleshooting and resolving customers issues

MUST HAVE
- Ability to manage sales cycles in the Enterprise market, with a track record of success.
- Software or online application sales experience.
- Strong sales skills.
- Passionate about web based software.
- Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills.
- Experience in Sales or Customer Support: 1-3 year minimum.
- Excellent/Native Italian
- Ideally knowledge of CRM software (ideally SalesForce).
- SaaS experience is a plus, but not necessary.
- A passion for troubleshooting and the ability to learn the product inside out.
NICE TO HAVE
- Basic knowledge of MySQL
