Job description:
- Providing a complex customer service for clients concerning accepting, realizing and actualizing the orders
- Telephone contact with clients
- Responses to customer inquiries
- Promoting and selling products
- Ensuring a good image of the company and maintaining relations with clients
- Advising clients in adjusting the product offer to their individual needs
- Order system administrating
Requirements:
- Proficiency in one of these languages: Czech, Slovak, Romanian, Hungarian, Latvian, Estonian, Bulgarian, Slovenian or Finnish - min. level C1
- Communicative knowledge of Polish or English
- Minimum high school education
- Experience in a similar position would be welcome
- High communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Very good self-organization and target orientation skills
- Self-reliance, problem solving
- Responsibility for entrusted activities
