Sales Administrator

This is a very unique and challenging opportunity for the right person to join a new division in an established Polish technology company in Lodz, which is extending its reach into the Cinema Industry, internationally.
We are looking for a candidate who:
- Has the ability to network and forge relationships with colleagues, clients, vendors and other industry leaders
- Has the ability to handle multiple projects/tasks simultaneously and set appropriate priorities
- Follows-up and communicates effectively on all activities undertaken
- Knows how to research customer service issues, work with various departments to resolve and communicate the resolution as necessary
- Has extreme attention to detail
- Is a highly organized team player who can also work independently
- Effectively anticipates the needs of Management and Customers
- Has excellent computer skills with knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Is technically savvy with the ability to train others on system usage, as well as give demos
- Has superior inter-personal and communications skills and positive “Can-do” attitude
- English at a very high level (C1) is mandatory
What we consider a big plus is:
- Experience working in a software or technology company
- Sales and marketing experience
- International environment experience
Cinema experience a very big plus
