Barry Callebaut Vending & Beverages is a business unit dedicated to beverages with focus on all types of cocoa based beverages. The main market is Europe, on which Barry Callebaut Vending & Beverages is the market leader. The largest sales channels are Vending and HoReCa.
Besides chocolate beverages, also cappuccinos, toppings, whiteners and teas for vending applications are developed and produced at the specialized factory in Kågeröd, Sweden. In Kågeröd also the business unit’s Marketing, R&D and sales organization is located.
Barry Callebaut Vending & Beverages well-known brands are Van Houten, Caprimo, Bensdorp, Le Royal and Ögonblink. In addition, the business unit also sells a large part under private label.
Job Description:
The person in this position supports the entire Sales process for the FM department (Food Manufacturers) in the Region Poland and Baltic States.
- You will report to the Sales Director.
- You make sure that our customers are retained and that extra business can be generated, thanks to your customer focused approach, your profound knowledge of our customers as well as of Barry Callebaut and your exceptional drive.
- You will support the sales team (Account Sales Managers) and the Sales Director, who are for the most part based in Poland:
- You are responsible for managing different administrative areas related to customers
- You are responsible for preparations related to customer visits including making presentations, gathering and analyzing available information, …
- You will be in regular contact with our customers in the region to answer queries. In order to be able to provide correct answers, you communicate frequently within the organization (follow up on status) and you also inform the customer on a regular basis.
- You will be based in Lodz, Poland.
- A first experience in a commercial B2B-environment and understanding of the mechanics in commodity markets (cocoa, sugar, dairy, fats & oils) is a strong plus.
- You function at master degree level and you preferably have completed a Master degree in commercial engineering or applied economics.
- In addition to being native Polish you have a very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
- You are an experienced user of Word and Excel. SAP user experience is a plus.
- You are a team player with an analytical mindset and strong commercial attitude.
