Sales Administrative Support
Work place: Belgium
The person will be responsible for the development, analysis & maintenance of all required reports.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
• Develops, analysis and maintains our sales-reporting-system
• Maintains the master data in our ERP system
• Responsible for data-security and backups
• Interacts with internal clients on all levels to help resolve reporting issues and provides answers in a timely manner
• Collaboration with colleagues from other affiliates in Europe and Japan.
Education/Personal characteristics:
• Education with programming, administrative or marketing background
• At least 2 years of relevant job experience
• Likes to work with numbers and is able to solve problems
• Performs well even under pressure
• Flexibility and a high level of frustration tolerance
• Sense of responsibility a real team player
• Basic understanding of economic principles and sales strategies
• Willingness to work overtime if necessary
• Good knowledge of the English language (written & spoken)
• Ability to solve problems over the phone
Required skills:

• Advanced user of Microsoft Excel
• Basic understanding of Visual Basic for Applications (VBA)
• Basic understanding of relational databases and some experience with SQL (MS Access)

• Experience with HTML and JavaScript

• Experience with user support for Microsoft Windows 7 and XP and Microsoft Office
• Experience with Active Directory (Windows 2008)
