To support and assist our sales team with administrative needs and provide quality customer service to our clients.
Duties:
- Answer phones and greet clients with strong communication and verbal skills.
- Data entry into our CRM database with accuracy and efficiency.
- Assign clients to the correct regional sales representative.
- Work closely with sales force to coordinate and schedule on-site client appointments.
- Assist sales force in all daily operations.
Skills/Requirements:
- Strong computer skills using MS Office applications.
- Strong communications and customer service skills including excellent phone etiquette.
- Experience with CRM database including data entry and reports.
- Detail- oriented.
- Dependable transportation.
