SaaS Sales Manager

Your responsibilities:
- achieving growth and hitting sales targets via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing client accounts,
- managing perspective client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle,
- designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence,
- developing and maintaining prospect and customer list based on strategic marketing data and other sources for sales leads,
- managing a small team of Junior Sales Specialists.
Your expertise:
- proven track record as a sales representative or sales manager,
- experience of working in a relevant role for a SaaS company is highly desirable,
- ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, building excellent rapport,
- experience of leading a team or mentees,
- fluent Polish and English speaker.
