What will you do:
- Overlook RTR process activities as per agreed metrics for DACH, Southern Europe, Benelux Middle East.
- Identify, develop and coach team members towards effective performance and objectives realization.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment.
- Work closely with process owners and ensure all financial accounting activities are executed effectively and efficiently with appropriate controls and end to end view.
- Maintain project documentation.
- Identify and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- At least 3 years’ experience working in RTR team.
- Prior experience as RTR Team Leader’s backup will be considered additional asset (nice to have).
- Passion for Accounting.
- Great communication skills in English and German (min. B2 required).
- Ability to manage calls with various client stakeholders.
- Transition experience.
- Protectiveness, improvement driver, problem solver.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- General experience with ERP systems used in a multinational environment, preferably SAP.
- Ability to work analytically in a problem solving environment.
- Availability to work in a 50/50 hybrid mode in Warsaw office.
- Using foreign language and new technology solutions daily, cooperating with various global Clients.
