We are looking for:
The RTC Integration Support Lead (Lync / Skype for Business) will play an advanced role in a dynamic team responsible for operational support of a Global Skype for Business (S4B) 2013 implementation with Enterprise Voice capabilities for over 60,000 users. This role will serve as a senior specialist on the operations team, leading the team responsible for integration of the S4B Platform, including Audit tools, Compliance Media Recording, Application Integration and API functionality, Federation, SQL, Verba, and Ethical Boundary Walls.

Leading operational teams to troubleshoot incidents escalated from L1 Support and Local Help Desk for the Lync environment

Facilitating the integration of internal and external systems with the Lync environment

Supporting regulatory compliance by managing the Compliance Media Recording capabilities of the platform
-
Defining and implementing best practices and policies to support environment stability
-
Supporting application developers in the integration of business applications into the collaboration platform
-
Mentoring junior resources to develop key technical and support skills and enhance the team's capabilities

Experience deploying, configuring, and supporting Lync 2010 | Lync 2013 | Skype for Business including supporting two or more following functions / capabilities:

Core Lync functionality on desktop and mobile clients
-
Functionality requiring Edge infrastructure (Browser clients, Federation)
-
Unified Communication and Exchange integration
-
Exposing functions of the platform for application integration
-
Infrastructure supporting interoperability between Lync and Video conferencing solutions
-
Third party voice and content Compliance Recording tools (e.g., Verba)
-

Experience in two or more of the following administrative tasks for Lync 2010 | Lync 2013 | Skype for Business:

User and access management and/or security configuration in the Lync environment
-
Managing backup and restore of environments, and testing and supporting Disaster Recovery
-
Analysis and troubleshooting of user experience and service quality for Collaboration, Video, and Voice features
-
Configuration and use of third party tools for monitoring and administering Lync / Skype environments for incidents and capacity management
-

Experience with application development and resilient service oriented architectures
-
Understanding of Voice and VoIP technologies (SBC, PBX, Survivable Branch Appliances, etc.)
-
Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, Routing, Load Balancing, Quality of Service, and other core network technologies
-
Strong knowledge of Firewalls, Proxies, Network Segmentation, Application Security Management (ASM), and other core security services
-
Strong experience with PowerShell or other scripting languages

Experience with Exchange 2010+ administration and support

Experience providing support in Office 365 and / or Cloud-based collaboration technologies
