About this opportunity
Welcome to the Process Automation Enablement team. We add value by driving robotic / automation initiatives, delivering high-quality and efficient automation solutions to benefit business units and end-customers. The initial focus is to deliver results using Robotic Process Automation technology, however we have already started adopt, scale and institutionalize other automation technologies (e.g. API, OCR, human-in-the-loop, Chatbot connectivity, etc.).. As Robotics Scrum Master you’ll play a valuable role in our digitalisation journey with business process automation capabilities.
By definition, the “Scrum Master is a servant leader to the organization and accountable for the unit’s effectiveness. They do this by helping everyone understand Agile principles and enabling the team to improve its practices, within chosen framework”. As a member of RCoE, the Robotics Scrum Master is accountable for bringing value to business units, customers and support Nordea in meeting targets and KPIs.
What you’ll be doing:
- coaching, promoting and sharing knowledge in regards to Agile/Scrum framework
- co-create and co-own Agile Ways of working in RCoE, including help to improve our methodology by experimenting and reflecting on lessons learned
- ensuring that defined and agreed process is understood and followed inside and outside of RCoE
- create feedback culture and solve conflicts
- removing impediments and distractions that are interfering with the team productivity
- ensure Scrum events are taking place and facilitate those if needed
- building team ownership in order to promote self-organization and understanding for product / project goals
- apply servant leadership and act as a change agent
- collaborate with DevTeam, Robotics Product Owner, Management, Stakeholders and other Scrum Masters
- support in creation and usage of team dashboards, burndown chart, velocity graphs, cycle time, JIRA metrics etc.

Your experience and background:
- Experience with Agile framework and Way of Working (Scrum experience is not a must but a great plus)
- An academic degree within business, engineering, technology or similar
- Some experience as business analyst, business developer, project manager, consultant, or similar.
- Proficient MS Office literacy (MS Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
- Very good English and Polish skills, both written and spoken.
- Experience in Robotics / Automation and/or knowledge of BluePrism software is not a must but a great plus.
