For new activity within BNP Paribas Securities Services in Poland which is an exciting, dynamic and growing operation centre in Warsaw we are looking for candidates who are willing to apply for the position of:
Robotic Process Automation Specialist
Location: Warszawa
It will be a high tech solution team who will be responsible for designing, testing, implementing and maintaining Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. The purpose of the team is to increase scalability and enhance the value chain of services by implementing process automation in BNP Paribas Securities Services in Warsaw
Responsibilities:
- Understanding and learning the selected robotic tool to automate various processes
- Producing project related documentation such as: Process Mapping, business requirements, functional specifications, technical specifications, proposals, test plans, go live release notes related to RPA
- Creating automation solutions for existing business processes
- Interaction with various teams from operations and proposing, and generating ideas to implement Robots in every team
- Problems recognition, gathering facts, information analysis
- Organizing multiple work tasks and prioritizing them to meet specific deadlines
- Supporting and training automation specialists
- Performing quality assurance tests for all developments before go live into production
Requirements:
- Technical skills like SQL/VBA required
- Experience in working on Robotic Tools (Uipath, Blueprism, Automation Anywhere) is highly preferred
- Master degree in investment banking/finance studies (along with IT specialisation is preferable)
- Knowledge on RPA (desirable)
- Experience in process improvement (knowledge of lean management will be an asset)
- Methodologies applied to Project Management and Change Management
- Very good written and spoken English
- Experience in working in Agile software development environment
- Effective communications skills, self-motivation, drive to achieve goals
