Job Summary:
A Risk Management Supervising Associate will be responsible for managing a sub – team of 15-25 people. The team may consists of people from various service delivery areas. He/she will be responsible for the team’s productivity, quality of service, performance management and development of the team members. He/she will also assist in recruitment of resources and marketing of risk management services to existing and potential customer groups across the globe. In addition, the role will be will be expected to develop strong understanding of process to handle queries and meet expectations of various internal / external stakeholders. In addition, it is a requirement of this role that the Supervising Associate should have strong people management and communication skills in order to develop and mentor team members.
Essential Functions of the Job:
- Developing comprehensive knowledge of EY Global independence policies and relevant independence procedures to demonstrate the team’s ability to provide support to different kinds of audit clients (corporate, asset management companies, private equity companies) and different kinds of independence procedures.
- Proposes suggestions and solutions for improvements to processes
- Identifies and reports best practices
- Ensures high quality service delivery
- Team management
- Analyze Individual and teams progress on SLA / KPIs and implement any corrective actions
- Assist in strategic planning by gathering & analyzing relevant business, service, and operational metrics
- Any other ad-hoc requests
Key requirements:
- Experience of managing teams (minimum 15 team members)
- Experience in project management
- Demonstrated ability to interact with senior business stakeholders
- Working experience from Shared Services Centre operations, BPO operations or similar dynamic business environment
- Global mindset approach with ability to work in multinational teams
- Master’s degree in finance, economics, statistics, commerce or general management area preferred
