Our firm provides value-added solutions to major customers, and contributes to development of their business. For our new office in Poland we are looking for Risk Consultants to join our growing team.
Candidates must be adaptable to working on a wide range of projects. Candidates will be required to travel and work on clients sites therefore mobility and flexibility is essential. Good client facing and communication skills (oral and written), the ability to work with minimal supervision and being a good team player is also required.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Higher education degree in one or more of the following quantitative disciplines, i.e. Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computing, Quantitative Finance
- Risk management experience in the financial services sector (Bank, Insurance, or Professional Services / Risk Advisory) with exposure to one or more of the following areas: Credit, Market, Operational Risk, ALM, Liquidity Management, Interest Rate, Valuation of Financial Instruments, COREP/FINREP reporting, Stress Testing
- Understanding risk regulatory framework (Basel /Solvency)
- Experience with model development, reviews and validations for different types of risk and valuation models (e.g. AIRB, VAR, AMA)
- Experience in extracting, aggregating and structuring large volumes of data
- Proficiency in SAS or more of analytical tools such as SQL, Excel/ VBA
- Strong computer and analytical skills
- Strong database skills preferred
- Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)
