The purpose of the job is to maximize REVPAR and ensure the hotels are leaders on local market in terms of positioning.

Past and future data analysis in terms of hotel activity revenue

Establish and implement sales strategy in order to maximize REVPAR including:

Pricing strategy

Business Mix management
-
Distribution channels management
-
Educate hotel staff on RM basics

Report on hotel performance to the management
Work experience:at least two years extensive and successful revenue management experience.

Strong analytical mind

Good communicator; able to communicate on different levels

Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines

Advanced computer skills in Excel and Power Point

Advanced knowledge of Travelclick, Yield Planet, EasyRMS and PMS Opera

Fluent Polish and very good English.
