As Retail Manager you will be a crucial part of JYSK Country Manager Team reporting to the Retail Operational Manager.The Country Manager Team consists of Country Manager, Retail Operational Manager, Finance Manger, Human Resource Manager and 4 Retail Managers (including the new position). You will be responsible for the team of 4 District Managers and 1 Store Supporter, managing 35-40 stores. You have a 100% focus on the establishment and implementation of JYSK Poland's strategy and business plan and serve as a competent sparring partner for the management team and district managers on issues connected with management and organization.

Requirements
You have a relevant education in leadership or business administration. Most importantly, however, is your solid experience in non food retail management preferably from an international company. You need to have an extensive experience with store operations. You are an energetic and structured practitioner who manage to identify, prioritize and address development areas, and always follow the task until it is 100% solved. You need to communicate fluently in both Polish and English. You are a shining example of JYSK Values and JYSK Leadership, and you have a natural authority and persuasive communication skills. You need to be able to combine high result focus and business acumen with empathy and people focus. Furthermore keeping the overview under pressure is also an important skill.
