Currently we are expanding the Capability Network Team in Warsaw and we are looking for an experienced and accomplished Energy, Utilities and Natural Resources Industry professionals.
- Headquarter: Warsaw as primary place of work
- Willing to work at client's locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term
- Willing to travel min. 50% (annual) of time and could be more. Travel is required and may be 80%-100% on a weekly basis on some projects (typically Monday - Friday) for some periods during the year
- Minimum master's degree
- Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) and good level of the other foreign language e.g. German, Italian, Russian, French, Spanish would be an asset
- 4+ years of overall industry or consulting (preferred) experience
- Demonstrate experience in any of the following Resources specializations: Energy, Utilities or CNR sector e.g.:
- Energy sector: Commercial Optimization (Trading, Hydrocarbon Supply Chain, Linear Programming, Scheduling/ Planning) , Plant Optimization (refining operations and usage of tools such as OSI, LP model, Aspentech, Matlab, Hysis, etc), Capital Projects (esp. Upstream - FPSO and Downstream - Refining, etc.), HSE / Integrity / Risk Management / Environment Compliance, Maintenance & Reliability, Change Management (SAP OM)
- Utilities sector: Power & Gas Trading, Risk Management, Demand Side Management, Sustainability, Customer Contact Center & Billing Operations, Power Plant Operations Management (Gas, Thermal, Nuclear), Capital Projects Setup
- CNR sector: Business strategy, Operations, Integrated Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, Process Led ERP, Finance Transformation and Capital Projects Management in Metals & Mining, Chemicals Industries
- Strong business process management skills
- Demonstrate a strong track record of solving complex business issues and delivering client satisfaction
- Should be skilled in using MS Excel, MS Access and MS Power Point
- Possesses excellent communication (written and oral) skills and excellent presentation skills
- Comfortable functioning in a broadly positioned and highly diverse consulting firm
- Excellent team work and ability to work in distributed delivery environment
- Should have managed teams and project delivery experience
- Should express strong business development experience and abilities
