Resource management (RM) team is a pivotal point for all our staff, projects and sales. We support optimal planning and allocation of our employees to projects (in close cooperation with Practice Leaders, Go To Market Team and Project Managers). We collect and analyse the demand for particular project roles and competences, we forecast future needs and address them proactively. We take care of the flow of information between all interested parties, which makes the RM Team the real nervous system for the whole organisation.
We are looking for a team lead to support RM Managing Director and the team in:
- working directly with board members responsible for sales
- planning and allocating staff for projects on a global level (in close cooperation with Go To Market directors, practice leaders and project managers)
- assuring data quality
- coordinating project prioritisation
- high level reporting
- capacity analytics
- competence base management
- team management
- support in other resource planning operations
You are a perfect candidate, if you:
- have experience working with IT people
- can organise your work, prioritise tasks and work under pressure
- are good at communicating, teamwork and making relations
- are open-minded, proactive and inquisitive
- have a good memory for names (of people, projects etc.) and can learn those very quickly
- based on the knowledge you gain you can quickly “connect the dots” i.e. you are able to quickly identify situations in which information you acquired should be updated in proper systems
- can work independently but know when to ask for help
- do your best to provide high quality but are not afraid to admit a mistake
- are technology savvy and MS Office and Google Suite eat out of your hand
- know English very well (at least B2, both spoken and written)
- know Polish very well (at least B2, both spoken and written)
It would be nice if additionally you:
- had team leading experience
