- Business line financial reporting & oversight with an unbiased drive toward operational efficiency and process improvement;
- Responsibility for developing trend analysis, new reporting and reworking existing processes to add additional functionality and efficiency within the team;
- Network effectively, using well developed interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with business function owners and assisting them in developing their own MI;
- Conduct investigation and explanation of any material variances throughout monthly process;
- Liaise with the wider business community to understand the drivers of key business metrics;
- Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting as required;
- Involvement in Cross Functional Projects;
- Adhere to all policies and procedures and have an ability to implement and monitor controls.
- University degree in Finance, Accounting or business related discipline;
- 1-3 years related working experience;
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English;
- Strong analytical thinking and creative, resourceful problem solving skills;
- Highly motivated individual with professional demeanour required to work with all levels of the business, including Senior Management;
- Ability to manage a time bound and varied workload while demonstrating strong attention to detail, comfortable working as a self-starter;
- Open to a diverse operational and cultural environment, ability to adapt to change;
- Advanced MS Excel required, knowledge of database query tools would be an advantage.
