Accenture's Services workforce is a dedicated team of people who work on outsourcing engagements. - Develop expertise in reporting and co-design reports with Client
- Effectively manage reports in portfolio
- Provide input to end-to-end reporting process to Client
- Provide regular status report and periodic service reviews to Client
- Effectively co-operate with back office for reports design, improvements and testing
- Define opportunities and reporting improvements with key business partners
- Fluent English and French
- About 2-4 years of proven experience in similar role
- Strong multi-tasking, time-management and interpersonal skills
- Experience with direct co-operation with external Client and Vendor management
- Excellent MS Office (mainly Excel) skills are essential
- End-to-end ownership of each project in portfolio
- Experience in project management to manage multiple projects
- Ability to work with remote supervision
- Readiness for travelling if required
