About the department
You will be located in the Coloplast Business Center in Szczecin, which covers functions like global financial operations, orders administration, HR and IT support, marketing & data analysis activities, and many others. As Reporting specialist, you will be part of the global Customer Analytics team and report into Head of Customer Analytics at the headquarter in Humlebaek, Denmark. The Customer Analytics team is an ambitious and energetic team with colleagues located both in Szczecin and in Denmark. The team is responsible for reporting on all platforms covering our customer interactions (e.g., CRM system, digital solutions) and for providing new insights to support global decision-making.
About the job
As a Commercial Reporting Specialist, you will be responsible for a broad variety of tasks. Some of your responsibilities will be:
- Solve analytical support cases from internal stakeholder in our sales subsidiaries around the world as well as headquarter
- Explorative analyses of the data available such as CRM, phone, e-mail, digital solutions, web analytics, etc.
- Support various commercial projects with data and analyses to optimize the performance of the solutions
- Create documentation and perform training in the reporting tools owned by the global Analytics team
- Build/develop, automate & optimize dashboard solutions (in Power BI) including testing and documentation
About the qualifications
We believe that the ideal candidate for this role will be a curious, pro-active, and goal-oriented team player who has experience within analytics and/or reporting.
You should have:
- 1-2 years’ experience with analytical tasks and Excel at advanced level
- Strong communication skills in English (company’s official language, day-to-day contact with teams abroad)
- Solid stakeholder management skills
Preferably you have
- Mid- or long-term education within Analytics, Business or Marketing
- Experience with working with Salesforce data (CRM) and Eloqua data (email automation)
- Experience with SQL or other coding qualifications not a must, but would be considered an asset
- Experience from a global organization with many different stakeholders at different levels
