Your responsibilities:
- Mapping business requirements to insightful and visually attractive reports.
- Deriving meaningful and actionable recommendations from analytical work products to improve business processes.Supporting Business Intelligence Team in preparation of visual reports.
- Working on improvement of KPIs reporting in Data Analytics projects.
- Designing advanced reports and dashboards using Qlik Sense.
- Understand data sources and data structures to be able to derive insights.
- Clearly document projects, processes, and procedures for the intended audiences.
Must-have skills:
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Ability to understand management's point of view.
- Experience with reporting various business results, measurements and KPIs.
- Understanding data and management's business needs.
- Proven ability to problem solve and recommend solutions.
- Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions.
- Analytical skills with the ability to collect and analyse large datasets and draw appropriate conclusions
- Experience with intermediate / advanced functions in MS Excel as formula based data manipulation, advanced table lookups, pivot tables.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills.
Nice to have:
- Experience using data management and visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik, R, SAS, and/or Power BI.
- Experience with ERP programs (SAP, MS Dynamics AX).
Gross salary: 4000-7000 pln
