About this opportunity
Welcome to the Agile Execution team. We are part of Data Systems in Group Data Management Office. As a Release Train Engineer, you’ll play a valuable role in building and supporting strong and productive Agile Release Train.
What you’ll be doing:
- Facilitating System Demos, PI planning event, the vision, roadmaps, ART sync and backlog
- Ensuring that Team PI Objectives are summarized into Program PI Objectives and published for visibility and transparency
- Striving for delegating and developing people into reaching their full potential
- Keeping yourself updated on best agile practice
- Coaching leaders, teams and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets
- Assisting in building high-performance teams
- Establishing and maintaining a strong SM community within the ART
- Being compliant and operating within Nordea budgeting and financial guidelines and the Nordea Delivery Guide
- Supporting Scrum Team members with the usage of collaboration tools, e.g. JIRA, Kendis, MS Teams, Confluence

- excellent communication and facilitation skills
- good understanding the Agile mindset and values
- Agile coaching and mentoring skills
- skills to facilitate discussion, decision making and conflict resolution
- deep understanding of agile roles including their problems, risks and ways to resolve them
- experience in IT and/or banking area
Your experience and background:
- At least 5 years of experience in Scrum Master and/or Agile Project Management role
- Previous experience as Release Train Engineer is a big plus
- Experience with distributed global teams
- Fluency in spoken and written English language
- knowledge about iterative and incremental development
- knowledge about fundamentals of software development processes and procedures
- SAFe knowledge
