Responsibilities:
- As a servant leader, leading a distributed Agile Release Train to deliver on business objectives
- Driving improvements as well as delivering according to the prioritized backlog
- Coaching/leading the scrum masters as needed
- Providing transparency – relevant, clear and accurate metrics
- Proactively manage stakeholders and successfully deliver according to agreed scope and priorities in a predictable, and transparent manner
- Reporting on budget, progress, risks according to our client processes
- Proactively demonstrate control of the key issues i.e. risk and compliance, and manage proper mitigating activities to ensure a smooth delivery

Requirements:
- Have an excellent understanding in the Agile mindset and values
- Have documented ability to work and lead cross-border with different cultures
