Release Manager

Project :

Pharma Biosample Area spans across projects and services related to managing Clinical Sample Data in Pharma Development. Currently it covers projects such as: BRM quality management dashboard, Biosample connect hub-portal, Brooks-SAMi Data Sync, SAMi data migration, SDAP Registry & Stores, SDAP Decisions, SDAP UIVR.

Salary: up to 830 PLN/ MD/ B2B or to 15 350 PLN gross / Job contract

Working model: 100% remotely

Requirements:

•  2+ of commercial experience as a Release Manager role
• Availability in Golden Hours 17:00 - 19:00 twice a week 
• English at least at B2 level

Duties:

• Scheduling deliveries and release of agreed versions and the associated increase in business value
• Plan and coordinate major, minor releases and emergency shifts
• Provide visibility of the status of activities (report), help in making decisions by preparing relevant information together with the operational management
• Support the operational team in the release schedule, aligning operational releases with the overall release plan of the program
• Plan distribution windows and lifecycle based on input from Scrum Masters (TPM), technical analysts and OPS delivery manager / coordinator
• Responsible for updating the document System description with input from TDM.
• Perform release readiness reviews
• Based on information from Scrum Masters (TPM) / Tech Analysts
• Standardize the version management process in all streams, constantly work on introducing improvements in the release process, responsible for the appropriate versioning of the release
